All I can say is Jody P Kleinman Is absolutely HORRIBLE AND RUDE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I did not feel safe at all in KLEINMANS care. I definitely had doubts about her qualifications. KLEINMAN made no effort to make me feel special. KLEINMAN didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, Jody either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Kleinman was lazy and tried pawning all my question off telling me to ask my primary care physician and surgeon (I basically wasted my money seeing her because she gave me No answers and was plain rude everytime I tried asking her a question or showing her any kind of concern after my surgery)...PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- I WISH I WOULD HAVE

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
