I have gone from frustrated to angry. First I had trouble getting my RX sent to the pharmacy, or getting a call back from the office. The office staff never answers the phone. You get put through to an answering service that sounds like some lady driving down the road on her cell phone. When you do get in contact with the office, they are belligerent and unhelpful. If you go into the office, things are a little better and I did get that issue worked out. I told them at the time that I would never come back and I thought that was the end of it. Then I received the bill. My insurance covers 100% of a yearly physical. I have bcbs. My bill has a $30 co-pay and was submitted to Aetna? Who’s account did they submit it to? Did someone else’s treatment get billed to my insurance? I don’t know because they didn’t even have the lousy answering service working yesterday. Today I was told they were out to lunch. I will have to go to the office after “lunch” to straighten this out. Never go here.
Dr. Edwardson was fine. i went in for a yearly check up and to have a maintenance medication RX renewed. the office as like going to the free clinic. There was an old man bleeding all over the place and telling the other patients his thoughts on life.
Then the prescription was confusing for the pharmacy. The pharmacy asked me to contact the doctor and get it worked out. I call the office at 1pm on a Thursday and the woman who answered the phone said "we don't do Prescriptions on Thursday" and told me i could go to the emergency room if i had a problem. i asked if there was anyone who could talk to the pharmacy. "No, we don't do that. Go to the emergency room."
Will not be going back. Will not recommend to any one else.
