They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

OK and so beyond the original standardized questions listed above, Dr. Abernathy was able to manage my panic attacks and anxiety disorder so much better than any other doctor before ever did. I went off the meds for awhile but I'm now probably going to be returning to him as I am once again suffering increasing anxiety attacks and apparently really need to start taking meds again. He is a wonderfully understanding person...very easy to talk to. Not many good doctors like him still around.
