Alicia Hanes herself is pretty good, but you can hardly ever actually see her and usually can only get into the other 2 PAs who are really young and don't seem to know a lot. As an experienced parent I feel I know alot more than they do. I am going to change Drs to go somewhere we can see an actual MD during our visits. They all give antibiotics way too freely and often misdiagnose and over treat. The office staff is really nice and helpful and they have a dr. or PA on call over the weekend which is much better than those nurse lines.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions.. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
