I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
