I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
