They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
