Not only did they not offer a remedy for my condition, I had to go somewhere else to get help. It really disappointed me how rude and unfriendly the staff was. I'm pretty angry. I didn't get anything useful out of my appointment with this provider. I waited an hour and a half to be seen. Seemed commonplace for this office. I was seen by the doctor for a full 3 minutes before he offered a CT scan (of which I did not want), looked up my nose, and said he would be right back. He never came back in the room. I sat there for 30 minutes with the door open. I watched doctor's and nurses leave. When I asked if he would be back, they said he would be. I watched him go into the procedure room and never came out. When I finally left I was in tears and cried the whole way home. I waited for this appointment with high hopes on getting on the road to recovery and I left almost empty handed. I say almost because I did get a hefty bill. No one will hear anything good from me!
