The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
