They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Unfortunately their staff is not educated in billing. I received a nasty letter demanding payment in full giving me a week to pay or they were forwarding me to a collection agency stating I was not an appreciative patient. Part of my bill was for services that the insurance just processed a few days earlier and I was never sent a bill. Billing person stated they made a mistake.I transferred my care.
