This conversation took place on Feb 6, 2012. The receptionist was rather pleasant and willing to work with me UNTIL she found out I was a medicare patient. To which she replied "Oh..we don't take that". I started to ask her if she knew of anyone who would accept my state insurance and she hung up on me. Its extremely disheartening when an individual changes their attitude and becomes less willing to be helpful due to my income status. I'm sure the MD is fantastic and a very excellent doctor.
