Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
