My experience with Dr Freimer at the OSU MG clinic was disappointing on a number of levels. Communication with the office staff was difficult and impersonal, and my outside doctors and their staffs found it impossible to connect with anyone to discuss my referral and issues with faxing my paperwork. It took weeks to review my file -not 7-10 days as promised and another 6 weeks for an appointment. Unbelievably, Dr Freimer still didn't have my file at the appointment and never did review the test results submitted by my other doctors claiming still not to have my file. She gave me a cursory exam, asked few questions, and spent little time listening. Ultimately, the experience was frustrating and unhelpful. The complex nature of my medical issues require a doctor who values the diagnostic process and can think outside the box beyond just ordering lots of tests.
