Love Dr Gentry- but after the initial visit- you don't hear anything from the office about any blood work needed so I feel it is up to me to ask?
I just called to find out about getting my 94 year old mother's 3 prescriptions refilled and the person who answered the phone, Sherry, seems to HATE her job as she was very unfriendly! I wasn't even through with my question and she hung up. I have been waiting over 2 hours and it is very difficult to get ANY answers- everyone is too busy!!! My conversation lasted less than 3 minutes!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
