These people have got to be the most unorganized, rude, uncaring and unprofessional people I have ever come into contact with in the medical field. I had an appointment with Dr. Jordan on 10/1. I even got a confirmation call AND email, but when I showed up for my appointment the office wasn't even opened and when I called, I was told that my appointment was 10/2, even though I had TWO confirmations stating otherwise. Anyway, I went back on 10/2 for the appointment and I asked the secretary why they had told me the wrong time. I even pulled the email up on my phone and this "woman" had the nerve to tell me that they didn't sent it and that I had sent it to myself from their office!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I had never even been in their office before this day! This upset me and I raised my voice. She proceeded to tell me that they didnt take my insurance (BCBS). Whatever, that's fine with me. From what I've learned about this guy I don't want to see him anyway. I am in pain DAILY and don't need the crap that he hands out to his patients!
