They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
