Love Dr. Kush an. Did my procedure 20+ years ago and still have a great look. Have sent others to him as well who have had excellent results.

I thought it was very kind and professional of them to offer consultations for free. I've hated it when other places have charged me a fortune just for the consultation, but they didn't do that here. I wanted to be well informed about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first, but they didn't give me a whole lot of information. I still had a lot of unanswered questions. I wish they had shown my some before and after photos from other patients, but they didn't. It would have given me more confidence in their level of skill. The staff is somewhat friendly, but I would expect more from a cosmetic surgeon's office. The doctor was extremely friendly and really strived to make me feel comfortable. I was definitely pleased with their bedside manner. However, my procedure was a somewhat difficult rhinoplasty case. Due to an injury I suffered in my youth, my nose was twisted with the septal cartilage broken loose and the cartilage never finished growing on the right side. Dr. Frenchman was very thorough in explaining how he would correct the problem. He also trimmed my nares and touched up my dorsal hump. My new nose was beautiful for the first four months after surgery and the twist was barely noticeable. That was until four months after the surgery. At that point, the cartilage graft resolved and the twist in my nose was now more apparent than before. People began commenting and recently I went in thinking that any revision work would be done for free in the first year. We discussed my case and I was confident that Dr. Frenchman could fix this problem. This time he said it was best to do the procedure in the hospital, doing osteotomies to break and realign my nose. When I inquired about cost, he offered to do the procedure for a mere $500 and that he didn't think that the hospital bill would be more than $1800 or so and that included anesthesia. I asked if it would be cheaper through insurance and he said his staff would get the figures and get back to me. I walked out of his office confident that on March 10 I would finally have a nice straight nose. I don't have a lot of money laying around so it was important to me to get the exact price of the procedure as quickly as possible considering my surgery was less than two weeks away. I gave it a few days and the staff said they had been very busy but would get back to me. I called every other day to find out and still didn't get the answer that I was looking for and we were four days out from the surgery when I found out that it would be $3400 instead of $1800 and that they would be submitting a bill for $1500 for Dr. Frenchmans services and that though my share through insurance is only 25% I would still have to pay a solid $500. Neither the hospital nor the doctors office could tell me how much the anesthesia bill would be. My in network cost is 20% so I was assuming I would only be paying about $364 on the original $1800 hospital bill but now that was doubled. I got very upset and called the office staff back asking how this price could have doubled and that I was under the impression that a revision within the first year was free and that though I knew that the doctor was doing extra work that I felt like I should only have to pay the insurance copay. On top of that they never booked me for the tenth and told me a week after I had asked for the date that it would be done on the 11th instead, causing me to miss more school after spring break. I had already paid for a lasik procedure with another doctor and had that procedure performed on the seventh as planned. I was given sedatives and told to spend the rest of the day sleeping in order to recover. The morning after Lasik, instead of being able to celebrate seeing the world for the first time without corrective lenses, I had a missed call from Dr. Frenchman's office that had been left at 330 the previous day. I was informed by Dr. Frenchman's staff that he had canceled my surgery because he didn't feel like I would be satisfied with his services. I tried to reach the doctor through his answering service and after three calls, he called me back and said that I had insulted him and that he absolutely would not perform the procedure on Tuesday the 11th if he decided to perform it at all! I spent the rest of the day that I should have been celebrating and recovering, in tears to the point that I also developed a severe migraine and put the results of my lasik surgery at risk. I was so sure of this doctor and his staff up until this point and very much trusted him or I wouldn't have gone back to him for revision to begin with. Now, I am simply heartbroken and still stuck with a twisted nose.
