They have nice customer service here. They are friendly yet professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. The office faces Chateau drive, but when you get on the elevator through the front door, you are on floor 2, not 1. You go up to floor 3 to Dr. Welker's office. You have to remember to exit on floor 2 on the way out.
