Specifically Glenda seemed as though she could care less if my son had troubles, considering it is a problem with his heart I would have thought they would have been at least a little caring, but that was not the case at all. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. They just blew off what the doctor said as though he didn't really know how things worked and that the doctor was probably just tired or in a hurry to get out. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid or criticized for caring about my child
They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They are one of the most respected pediatricians in my community. Every parent I know thinks very highly of them. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
