They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. After not getting heard enough and was always told it was my weight, I left. After she brought out the height/weight chart I was done!

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I would never send my friends or family here. My experience here was truly horrifying. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I have been taking blood pressure medication for fifteen years and she would not refill my prescription unless I come in every three months. Why? I have no other health problems. . It's a medical mill, in my opinion.
