One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

This endocrinologist made things worse instead of helping me as I went to him because I was concerned about my diabetes. I rose to introduce myself when he entered the first visit, he refused to be involved in that! He then seemed to assume that I cannot think or make decisions. He was patronizing and disconnected from the medical need and my human needs. A real cold fish. He did not review lab work when it arrived in his office, he waited until I came in. I thought that might be a one time error, it was not. I had a ultrasound done Jan 19th and he did not call me. The results came to his office Jan 23 and I got a call from the receptionist on Feb 10th! SHE told me about a negative diagnosis. The office is old and in disrepair, there are negative signs everywhere. They do not fax Rx to pharmacies, they do not take MC or Visa unless it is for $25 or more. If you miss an appointment he will charge you $60. I know because I asked in response to a sign in the waiting room. NOt a nice man nor a good place to do business. I will find a new doctor today.

Pros: He knows what he knows.

Cons: arrogant and self righteous, the practice seems to be about the dr, not the patient.
