looks like this is the same doctor who started working in bellevue wa recently.
i never saw him, but here is my experience supposed to be with his office.

the entire staff are fraud and extremely fishy and clever.
they never did any pathology test nor sent any pathology report.

they claim that they have done some test and send me bills.
threaten me saying that, if i don't pay they will report to collection agency.

i left messages to send me pathology report, but no use.

don't be fooled by the looks , dress and cars driven by people in clinics.
some act as if they are very conservative and very sincere.

just a show off to suck blood out of people.

they talk very sweetly and tried to help me a lot. but i was observing and did not fall for those cheap tricks.

know what they can do.

some times part of the staff are not good.
but here the entire range of staff, their policies and everything is extremely bad. i don't think i got anything from them other than just fake claims
entire staff is well synchronized to do fraud, seems to be well experienced in fraud.

i went there only to know more detail about a wart pathology on my hand.
but never got more than what i knew before.

phone system either sucks or get transferred to wrong numbers.

- i gave them consent for one insurance
- billed that insurance and got almost the whole bill payed
- without my consent claimed another insurance with mine and physician name partially correct. i.e so that this insurance does not have the knowledge of other insurance.
- they claimed and got payed again almost the same amount.
- not just once they billed this insurance multiple times for the same service with slightly varied names
- this private insurance ( unitedhealthcare) is so foolish or have hand in their fraud and payed them in spite of me complaining
- not just that, they send multiple bills with slightly changed names and wrong amounts to my home to pay the rest of the amounts.

- they claimed to have done a pathology test, which i never got any report
- took sample to determine more than visual clues, but obviously since they did not do any test , they have no further information.
- not sure why physician take a sample when they know that they cannot determine more information - a big scam
- the pathology clinic which claim to have done the test address is in residential area. i have never heard any lab in residential area. - a big scam

be extremely careful with this clinic unless you are fraud too
(birds of same feather flock together).

I did not give any signed consent to bill my insurance.

If through another provider got pathology sample for testing

I do not recognize this provider because no pathology report was sent.

Unless a valid pathology report with proper business header and his signature is mailed to my home, I disapprove this claim.

There is no web site for the business address claimed. Other websites using that address do not have this name listed.

Multiple businesses as follows claim to have the same address, none of them are registered in bbb.org
