I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. The staff and Dr would very rude, wouldn't return my calls, my mom had stage 4 lung cancer and she never followed up after the first round of chemo. She was rude to me and my family. She would not give my mom anti anxiety meds as we requested because she said they wouldn't help. My mom was dying and she wanted them. Dr. Austin is cruel rude and I would never recommend her to anyone.
