While some of the RNs are very good some are very bad. They managed to do the EXACT things I was told by another very good doctor NOT to do to my son. It was infuriating and more than just slightly annoying, and then they yelled at me when I flat out told them to stop. If my son is uncomfortable they generally just tell him to calm down and have even raised their voice to tell him that he's being too loud.

The wait times are horrendous (and hour would be fast in this place, generally more like 2-3 hour wait) even with an appointment scheduled way in advance. They always feel hurried and fail to explain anything about what they are doing. They don't really listen to you when you're explaining your child's symptoms and they've more then once called told me that they didn't believe me that my child had a fever (because I'd given him Tylenol to bring it back down).

The last thing that really bugs me about this place is that half the staff are wear jeans and t-shirts. I realize that has almost no bearing on what sort of care they can provide, but it seems really unprofessional. It also makes it hard to tell who's working there and who's just visiting. If you can you should seek care elsewhere. The only thing this place has going for it is it's convenient location.
