I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
