I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. My child absolutely loves Beverly Edwards, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
