They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
