I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I was very satisfied with my visit and I left feeling encouraged. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Really friendly, warm people. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
