Terrible bedside manner.

Dr. Risa Jampell is simply one of the worst professionals I have ever seen. She is completely arrogant and ignorant. I had acne problem and I tried to explain to her what I think is causing and she kept cutting me. She just wont listen. She told me to not use Retina until the next appointment and yet when I went for the follow up she made me feel all dumb asking, why I didn't use it! :O ridiculous! Oh and did I mention during both visits she arrived half hour late than my appointment time which was very inconvenient as I took time off from work didn't expect that it will be extended this much, Although the visit itself never lasted for more than 5-10 minutes! So basically you go there wait for her half hour just so she can see you for 5-10 minutes and even then she is COMPLETELY IGNORANT AND MEAN!! Also, one of the prescription according to RiteAid needed authorization from her and they have been waiting for more than a week waiting for her reply. Although she asked that I should schedule a follow up, I am never in my life going back again. Definitely switching. Please do not waste your time, find a better doctor, this is total waste of time and money.
