The rudest doctor I have ever been to in my entire life!!
My daughter was in tears when we came out of his office. He literally said “I don’t know what is going on”… In my opinion I think it is no big deal!”…and walked out of the office in less than 2 minutes! ( not to mention I waited for 50 minutes to see the doctor).

I am still in disbelief at the unprofessionalism!
He was not a good listener and did not treat us with respect. My 8 year old goes “mom –if he is not sure what is going on, then why do we call him a doctor??!” ..Beats me!!
Never going there again – EVER..!

After arriving 15 minutes early for my appt. I was kept waiting well over an hour to see the doctor. The waiting room was so overcrowded with patients that people had to stand because there weren't enough chairs for everyone. The waiting room was much too small and hot. He has a flat screen tv in the room playing an annoying loop of all of the useless cosmetic treatments he wants to sell you. I overheard patients saying that is is normal to have to wait anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours for Dr. green. Why does he schedule more patients than he can possibly see at once? Two patients became irate and walked out prior to being seen. When I was finally seen by Dr. Green he talked (or should I say mumbled inaudibly) over me and completely dismissed everything I tried to say. He was in the exam room with me for approximately 3 minutes. He left the room abruptly without a word. I continued to wait for him to return to examine me. About 15 minutes later a nurse brought another patient into my exam room. I told her that I was waiting for the doctor to return to examine me and she informed me that he was finished with me and my appt was over. I left without a diagnosis. It was an awful experience and he has the worse bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen. I think he has a "God Complex". How did he end up in Top Docs in the Washingtonian?? Clearly he must have connections. I will never return to this practice and will advise others to seek another dermatologist as well. This was a truly terrible experience. I ended up seeing another derm who exmined me and listened to me and diagnosed and treated me all within the same visit. Thank you Dr. Palenstine.
