failed surgery due to surgeon having poor skill level to produce consistant good results. Personal story is he caused permanent injury both physical and emotional with a botched surgery that was a basic procedure.

I asked them to send me some informational material that I could look over before my consultation. Not only did they not send me any, I always had a very hard time getting any sort of information from them. They were always unavailable. I wish that they had been a little bit more forthcoming with information. While some of my questions did get answered, I still had some that I was unsure about. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I experienced a lot of complications after my surgery. I was in a lot of pain for quite a while.
