I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
