Jay Hoffman is by far my favorite doctor. He goes above and beyond. One of my twins had pneumonia. I took him to the ER with a fever and my instruction was to follow up with with the doctor the next day as I guess the ER at Carlisle hospital missed the pneumonia so the x rays were sent to the doctor, he immediately called me and told me the situation and called a script into my local pharmacy. He is all around amazing. I took both my sons to him for congestion and he sent them for an x ray to make sure nothing was in their lungs and followed me over to the hospital so he could give me results right away after the x rays were done. The biggest problem I have there is seeing too many different doctors. They all think and believe something different as people do but what one person tells you someone else may tell you differently. It gets confusing especially with twins. I try to see Dr Hoffman everytime I go but if he is not available and I need immediate treatment for my boys I take who I can get but I absolutely love doctor Hoffman he is gentle with my boys and has their best interest at heart. He is the bees knees. As for Carlisle Hospital I would not take my dog there if I had one.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
