Dr. Karp took a lot of time to answer questions and give me personal attention. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I think that he probably treats all of his patients this way, which is wonderful. Unfortunately, all of that personal attention led to a looooooong wait. Once I actually saw him, I felt that the wait was worth it, but if I had been more sick, I think the 45 minutes in the waiting room would have been excruciating. I'm undecided about bringing my children there, since I don't know how well they would handle sitting there so long. There really isn't much for them to do in the waiting room. Plus, if they were really sick, I don't know if I could handle making them sit there miserable.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
