It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
