Empire Carholders(NYSHIP) - BEWARE - Flu shots are 100% covered(in network). However office charges $16. This is because biller(Dahpnie) bills with code which state less than 5 min. with nurse(tog et the $16.00). When questioned, she states "my staff has to get paid". Go somewhere else(in network) for flu shot!

he is a great doctor and really helped my condition. However, his office staff was horrible. The women at the front desk were very rude and refused to help me. There was a problem with my insurance and the woman said it was my responsibility and blamed it all on me. I called the insurance company when i got home and they called the office. The woman she spoke to was very rude and said she had no idea what they were talking about. On top of this, we had to wait an hour and a half after our appointment time.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
