I clicked one star because I had to give them at least one, they don't deserve it.

This practicd not only misdiagnosed my daughter (which left us racing to Jersey Shore Medical Center) but they showed a flagrant disregard for her well-being and any further concern for her care:

Upon visiting them for a follow-up they told me "give her claritan..." And another visit, "give her claritan every night for two weeks and then call us..." I heard "give her claritan" more often than I ever saw any concern from them.
My daughter's circumstances changed: she developed a cold "give her claritan"... Then if became a respiratory infection, "give her claritan"... Then most recently her cough became very troublesome, " give her claritan, it's allergies- everybody's sick." Weird - why wouldn't you send me to an allergist when I requested one? Why are you suggesting claritan consistently?

I found a new pediatrician who finally diagnosed my daughter properly - she's currently having issues with her bronchial airways - but claritan isn't going to do a thing!!!!

Then the billing dept called me because they had a request for medical records... "We have you're signature, but it's a $10 fee for the records..." Excuse me? You misdiagnose and mistreat my child consistently and I owe you $10? Absolutely not. They are more interested in the $10 than they were my child. The woman then proceeds to quote "the law" that says she has 30 days to send my paperwork... Yes, that's great customer service and amazing care for your patients past and present - you need to wait 30 days before I help you get the proper care, because clearly this office doesn't care about anything but monetary gain... According to this billing woman "we have plenty of PAYING patients." Sorry my money isn't green enough to get the appropriate care.

My daughter has been going to this office for 17 years. Originally they were great. Now the office is horrible. My sick daughter waited 2 hours before she was finally put into a room. Then had to wait 30 more minutes for the N.P. to finally come in an see her. I am so disappointed with this office. And my daughters have to constantly remind the doctor about the booster shots they need when it is marked clearly in the charts. Such a shame
