Their staff is very friendly and professional. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
I saw this doctor earlier today and I continue to be impressed. He took the time to speak to me about my issues and I felt that he truly cared about me. I've been to too many doctor's office where I feel rushed, but I did not experience that here.
Dr. Mandel has been noted as a well regarded doctor and has also been my PCP for several years. Over the course of time, I have noticed his patience, effort and attention are dwindling. Your "diagnosis" comes after your issuance of a few words, some stethoscope interaction and maybe an EKG, most of which is handled by the nursing staff. Moments later, you are rushed out with either a script or referral for something completely unrelated to your reasons for being there. The whole experience feels hurried and apathetic. I would not recommend this doctor if you are looking for anything more than a physical. The office, however, is fairly easy to find.
