Their staff was not friendly. I told them my appointment was annual checkup. But they still reported to my insurance as sick visit. Although I told the lady at the front desk it was annual checkup after I saw the doctor she said ok. But she still charged me on my credit card for $30 as sick visit after she voided the first $30 charge. I just found out it was still $30 charge after I received the bill again!!! They are not supposed to send me the bill again since I already paid the copay at my visit.

They recently converted to electronic patient records. Phone calls are answered promptly and professionally. I have not been put on hold for a long time. They have not suggested that I buy anything that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They have always been considerate and professional. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
