This doctor is good, polite and well informed. The problem here is that his receptionist is very cocky. The young woman is very curt and really should not be in a position to deal with people because it seems that she is bothered by the doctors clients. He is the direct opposite of her and I cannot understand how he could deal with someone who is a narcissist and rude to his clients.
