Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I have waited over an hour for my appointment on numerous occasions. The Dr. does apologize, which is appreciated, but if it never changes, it's clearly just a gesture. Medically, I felt like my needs were mostly met and I was not rushed through the appointment. The Dr. listened and most of my questions were answered. The Dr. is (as others have mentioned) arrogant and has a rude bedside manner. However, I felt that I was given good care. He is very much conservative medical model based.

One of the most arrogant Dr's Ive been to ever. Always more than an hour wait time while I was always rushed thrugh my appointment. Darted questions at me and treated me as an idiot when I didnt understand what he was looking for. After 1 full year of seeing him, I am switching to another provider. We have not found a resolution and I feel like a lab rat he is poking at whikle collecting all of my pymts. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
