They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I wasn't too fond of the chairs they had in their waiting area. They weren't too comfortable. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.

I have been seeing Dr. Bhatt for many, many years and would never see another ENT, he is the best! He did my sinus surgery while I was awake since I have severe lung disease that prevents me from being sedated. The recovery of the surgery was more uncomfortable than his surgery was while I was awake. Fabulous doctor.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I left the appointment feeling much better and more knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and I felt very informed. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
