It was very clear that he didn't take pride in his office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. Dirty equipment everywhere. Boxes piled up and falling all over the place. He answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me, but when I tried to give some input in regards to my treatment method, he just ignored everything I said. Obviously my opinion didn't matter to him. It really disappointed me how rude and unfriendly the staff was. They make you feel like an intruder in the office!

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. When I described my problem to the person who answered the phone, she made sure that I could see the doctor THAT DAY. Other offices that I called did not offer to squeeze me in and there would be a 2-3 month wait. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. A new office/building is underway and the office will be more spacious.
