They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult, but rescheduling an existing appointment was difficult. The clerk was inflexible, even though I needed an earlier time. She should have referred me to a nurse to assess the importance of my request. I had to wait another four months to get in. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around. Their prices were pretty high, but fortunately I have good insurance.
