I have been going to Dr Jain for years and he is the best in his field, albeit a bit arrogant (as most doctors can be!). He knows what he is doing and will not send you for tests that are not important. He has improved and educated me on my health condition and I will be a lifelong patient of his until he retires!

Just like the previous posters, I too had a TERRIBLE experience with DR. Jain (complete understatement but I don’t think there is a word that even does justice to how awful this doctor was). To be quite honest, I am not even sure how he received his DR credentials in the first place, this man is FAR from doctor material. I was referred to DR. Jain and 3 of my other specialist doctors including my primary had told me that all of my symptoms and issues were being caused by my thyroid. At first I was excited to meet with DR. Jain as the office staff was very nice to me, and took me back promptly. Little did I know it was all about to go downhill from there. When DR. Jain came in the first words out of his mouth were, “Why are you here?” I explained why I was there and how I was referred to him by my primary because of the autoimmune thyroid disease I had and how my PCP wanted more in-depth tests on my thyroid. After looking at previous bloodwork, DR. Jain came to the conclusion that my thyroid was ‘working fine’. DR. Jain did not want to run any tests, did not even touch my thyroid, and completely dismissed my issues from the start. He said all the issues I was having were not being caused by my thyroid, even though every single symptom I had was by the book a symptom of my worsening autoimmune thyroid disease and also diagnosed by all of my other doctors I had been seeing. When I asked DR. Jain why all of my other doctors would send me to him for further testing on my thyroid when my thyroid was ‘working fine’ he said simply “because they are uneducated”. Wow, how professional. When I asked DR. Jain if he could please run the scan my PCP had requested, he said “You don’t need that” and said there were no nodules on my thyroid. That’s funny, because he didn’t even touch my thyroid OR look at it on an ultrasound, and I did not have any previous ultrasound results – I had no idea that DR. Jain could see through my skin and be able to tell that I had no nodules on my thyroid – I guess he must be magical. I then asked DR. Jain, so what do I do? Just keep dealing with all my symptoms? Rapid weight loss, night sweats, heart palpitations, anxiety, etc. He said my weight loss was from the stomach conditions I had (even though my GI doctor who is FULLY educated on my stomach conditions had said they were NOT the cause of my rapid weight loss) and that he didn’t know what else to tell me other than “to stop seeing every endocrinologist in town” because I am “crazy” and there is nothing wrong. I have seen MANY doctors in my lifetime and have NEVER once come across a more uneducated, impolite and pathetic excuse of a “doctor”. DR. Jain should have paid ME my copay amount just to have to put up with him during the visit. Just like the previous poster, I am a professional and very respectful person and I have never felt more like dirt in my life.
DO NOT make the same mistake I made and go see this doctor despite the reviews. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and I regret not listening to the previous posters. TRUST ME do not go see him, find a doctor who will listen to you and actually care about your condition and who deserves your money and not label you as just another chart. Some please take away this pathetic excuse of a doctor’s license before he continues to push aside people symptoms and conditions causing them to worsen. If you value your health, you will not go see this doctor. I have since seen a DR would does see an issue with my autoimmune disease and is taking the proper actions to correct it before my immune system completely destroys my thyroid. Thankfully I realized how incompetent DR. Jain was and decided to see someone else who is actually educated and knew what to do.
DR. Jain, you should be ashamed of yourself as a doctor, both in your “knowledge” and disrespect to your patients.
