I would like to start by saying- I am an empathetic person and try very hard to take into account that we all have our bad days. I have been told that I tend to make excuses for why a Professional (providing a service) may behave in an unprofessional way on occation. They are not only Doctors or Nurses, they are also human beings with a life outside of the office. But- after having to have experienced this negative behavior on most every visit, I had to finally admit to myself that putting my health in the hands of this Doctor was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. He is always exhausted, can't focus, does not listen to his patients concerns, does all of the talking, is not attentive to his patients needs, just wants to get you out of the way so he can keep moving room to room as his schedule is always over booked. It is very hard to wait a month to see someone you expect to help you address your growing health concerns and make notes all month as to what you need to discuss with your provider, count down the days until your appointment in hopes that you will get good treatment and advice and every single time just happen to be there on a "bad day" and never get a chance to talk to him. I walked out of his office on many occations crying in disappointment that I would have to (again) wait until next month to discuss my concerns. I felt very insulted after a while that I was still getting a bill, but no quality care. To this day, I try very hard not to let my experiences with this Doctor ruin my trust in the medical care system. I do not see how he can continue to run a practice this way and actually be helping anyone? I hope things will change for the better, for his future patients. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.
