It was clear that the office is used to various insurance billing.They made sure they took down all the information correctly and talked to me about what it was going to cost. I'm really impressed. The office staff was the downfall of the practice. The ones at the desk, and that answer the phone, are unhelpful, and often rude. They come off as lazy, and put things off for the last minute. The office staff was unwilling to be flexible about an appointment convenient to me to get in to see the provider. I have a hard time getting any of the staff's attention and when I do they don't try to be helpful. I waited for 4 days for a prescription to be called in, ultimately to be told that I could no longer have them sent out by the office. When I attempted to make an appointment, I was told it would be at least a 4 month wait. Dr. Soueidan was fabulous though, and is a great doctor. Just wish he had a more talented and pleasant office staff. I wasn't worried about their care or equipment at this neurologists office. It was safe and well taken care of and I could tell their standard of care is very high.
