They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
