Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
