The Case for Preventative Medicine

It is necessary to promote preventative health for all. It is good for the overall society.

In the household, when one is healthy one can think clearly, and be helpful.

As one thinks clearly, one is able to move towards living ones life purpose, being a great benefit to the family name.

As one stays healthy, one is able to remain productive and beneficial to the income of the household.

Being healthy also helps one to remain in good spirits, which is inspirational to family and friends.

As one is productive, this also inspires others to be productive and be like the example that is set by healthy people.

It also promotes a healthy lifestyle through imitation. As this imitation increases, it becomes part of the culture.

At work, people take less sick days. As workers are healthy, they have more energy.

Many people start off their day with coffee, and have to continue to drink large amounts of coffee during the day to stay alert.

This stimulation is false energy, and over time is detrimental to the health. It effects the liver, and stomach. It also effects the nerves and creates a mental and physical dependency.

Many people are tired and irritable if they are unable to get their fix of coffee. Even with the coffee, people have a general underlying feeling of lack of self esteem. This is due to unhappiness about their appearance, weight, relationships and lack of personal achievement.

When one is actively seeking to be healthy, they have a new found purpose in life that affects their self esteem. When exercising, the energy increases, digestion improves, muscles become firmer, and undesirable weight decreases.

This has to be combined with proper diet and stress relieving mindset to be most effective.

Guidance on how to live most effectively is provided by most practitioners of preventative medicine. These practitioners are often using time-tested understandings of how the human is related and also affected by the greater environment.

Everyone needs to have a practitioner of Preventative Medicine on their team. They often are Acupuncturists who practice Traditional Chinese Medicine, Holistic Health practitioners, Ayurvedic practitioners etc.
